Preferences are saved in this browser. Quote amounts are calculated here and are not saved or sent to a server. FXtab uses InnoviCat’s analytics service to measure visits: page address and title, referring page, browser language, and screen size. It also records which currency pair and features you use, never amounts. No account is required.

What stays on your device

Language, number format, appearance, and deliberately selected currencies are stored in this browser. Public reference data may be cached here. Amounts and fees stay in page memory and are not saved to preferences or sent to the rate service. Reset preferences clears presentation choices; browser site-data controls also clear cached public rates. Saved favourite pairs are kept in the same way.

Analytics and hosting

The InnoviCat analytics script receives the page metadata described above, plus anonymous interaction events — which currency pair, section, and features you use. FXtab excludes URL query strings and fragments and never sends amounts, fees, or quoted rates. Cloudflare hosts the site and rate service and processes requests for delivery and security. Your browser sends ordinary connection information when loading these services.
